On-line forms for Bluntisham Parish Council

This section will be developed to provide a series of on-line forms to allow you to submit reports and request direct to Bluntisham Parish Council.

The use of forms ensures that all the required information is determined immediately making processing the form and dealing with the issue raised far more efficient. With this in mind you are requested to provide a response to all items on the form unless the item is clearly marked "optional". You are also required to provide BOTH an email address and telephone number so that the council can communicate a response to you.

Street Lighting

The council is responsible for those street lights with "PC" on the support column. You can use the Street Lighting form on the left to report a fault with one of these lamps. To report failure or fault with any other street lamps please phone 0800 253 529.
